Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an application link between JIRA and Confluence.
2. Create a JIRA Issues in JIRA and posted a comment.
3. You will receive a notification in Confluence workbox.
4. Expand the notification and try to post a comment.

Expected behavior:

You must be able to post the comment from Confluence workbox.

Actual behavior:

It's not possible to post the comment. If you navigate your mouse to the comment link you will see that it's pointing to the Confluence URL
