EDIT screen rendering issues

When I edit a space or page in Confluence, the content in the edit page bleeds off of the right side of the page. In addition, the editable area is shrunk vertically as well, to about 1/4 the height of the page, so that the page renders a vertical scroll bar INSIDE the page to be able to edit content.
