TOC shows invisible texts of Team Calendar

Steps:

1. Input some example texts as h3
2. Add a Team calendar macro below a h3 text
3. Insert TOC then set TOC level is 5
4. Save and observe the TOC

Actual

• TOC shows some texts of Team Calendar's tour

Expected

• TOC shouldn't shows texts of Team Calendar's tour (TOC should only shows visible texts)

In the Team Calendars 5.1.0 we provide a tour feature to introduce to users some new things of Team Calendar. The headers are wrapped inside <h4> tag.
