MySQL OS_PROPERTYENTRY fix breaks upgrade for users with existing values in the "entity_key" column exceeding 200 characters in length

      The following error is reported:

      [sf.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter] ERROR: value too long for type character varying(200)

      This is caused by the the fix implemented to provide support for MySQL customers wanting to store UTF8 characters:
