Restrictions are lost, when a user resumes to edit a blog draft which has been restricted before

      When a user resumes to edit a page draft which he has restricted before, the restrictions are displayed correctly in the editor toolbar. But when a user resumes to edit a blog draft which has been restricted before, the restrictions are lost. This inconsistent behaviour can be very confusing for users and should be fixed in my opinion.
