Icons in notification email are not in place

      Please refer to CONF-38688

      Icons are attached with email notification.
      However, the source addresses icon by CID, and the name of attachment is NOT allowed in Mac OS X file system when it contains a colon.

      So thus, icons could not be displayed by the reply button and like button.
      Icons are displayed as attachments at the end of content.
