Only the theme for the last code macro on a page gets applied to all code macros' elements on it.

Repro steps ...

• add a blank page
• add a code macro select e.g. "Confluence" theme
• add another code macro beneath, select e.g. "RDark" theme

... upon preview or save see all macros gone "dark".
