Variables not added to Template

      Ubuntu, bundled JRE, standalone Confluence

      To reproduce:

      1. Edit the Product Requirement template at Confluence Admin>>Global Templates and Blueprints (please see screenshot attached)
      2. Add a variable with a pull down list
      3. Save the template
      4. Create a new page based on the template
      5. Observe the variable is not there (please see screenshot)
