In attempting to create a link in a Wiki page pointing to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don't_repeat_yourself with a link text of "DRY", I got actual output of <a rel="nofollow">DRY</a>. I had to manually replace the apostrophe with %27 in the link in order to get the actual desired (working) link.
