When using the Windows Installer "custom Install" option. I changed the ports from 8090 to 8600. After installation, The installer indicates Confluence is running on 8600 and points to 8600 via the short cuts. However, Tomcat server is still configured to run on the default ports (8090). Of course when you point the browser to the application on port 8600 - you are served a "Web Page Not Available" message. When you point the browser to 8090 - it works just fine
