Steps To Replicate

Create a .doc / .docx document and name it [TestDoc].docx (with the brackets)
In a Confluence Page, click Tools > Import Word Document
Choose the [TestDoc].docx, click Next, click Import

Observed Behaviour

The page name will become _TestDoc_ instead of [TestDoc]
