Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Confluence by using one of the following databases:

• MySQL
• PostgresSQL
• Microsoft SQL Server

2. Open General Configuration
3. Choose Atlassian Support Tools from left hand panel.
4. Select Health Checks

Actual Result:

Plugin shows the "Got Feedback" button Only.

Expected Result:

It's not possible to replicate this issue in HSQL.
