JIRA Macros Plugin does not link Icons correctly

      The JIRA Icons plugin uses the linked JIRA address to get Issue Type Icons from JIRA. But if JIRA is running behind a Apache ssl server and has a local address(127.0.0.1) it uses this ip to try to get the icons for the client.
      I attached a screenshot to show what I mean. Maybe the plugin should cache the icons and embed them via the own server, but the icons work when creating a link so maybe there is another workaround for that.
