Error in table column when sorting dates

      If I have a table with a column that contains dates, the sorting funcionallity is not working properly (it doesn't show them in the correct order).

            Hi lucas13,

            Unfortunately the current sorting functionality in Confluence tables is purely text based. There is already an improvement request for this functionality, please vote on CONF-34225 to show your support for this feature.

            I can confirm date sorting doesn't work in Confluence 5.5.3.
