Page returns to the top after clicking a link within the Table of Contents on Internet Explorer 8 and 9

On a page that contains a Table of Contents macro, the first time the page is loaded and a link within the Table of contents macro is clicked, the page goes to the linked heading, but after a while it refreshes itself returning to the top of the page.
If the link within the Table of contents macro is clicked again, it "stays" on the associated heading.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a page
Add some Heading on the body of the page (leave some new lines between each header)
Add the table of contents macro to the top of the page
Return to Confluence's home then access the page again
Click any link on the Table of Contents macro
