Page A contains a task for user Z and a hyperlink to Page B. When Page B gets modified by user Y, user Z receives a notification that a new task has been assigned to him by user Y. This is confusing, since user Y did not actually touch page A, nor did he have rights to do so, let alone create a new task.

(I am aware there are a few bugs related to new tasks/notifications being fired when a page is changed, but this gives a new ring to it I believe)
