A LDAP user that is deleted will still have his/her restrictions, permissions, and watches dangling in Confluence, and will be displayed as an (Unknown User). This creates confusion to users that are trying to restrict a page, manage watchers, or set space permissions. We should hide or remove these unknown user permissions, restrictions and watches
