Steps to reproduce
Create a page => upload an attachment => insert to page => save page
Add a comment to page => insert link to attachment (uploaded before)
Rename that attachment => refresh page
Current behavior:

• Link in page is updated
• Link in comment is not updated => broken link
  Expected behavior:
• Links in both page and comment are updated
