IE10/11 Cursor jumping to top of page in Confluence

This happens when using bullet list. The cursor will jump as a result the newly created bullet list will be on top of the page.

Steps to reproduce :
1. Create a new page
2. Create a 4x2 table
3. Enter some text on the table that was created
4. Put a bullet point after the table and enter some text
5. Press enter again to go to next line with bullet point
6. After that click on the bullet point again and it jumps to the top
