Invalid Link displayed in undefined pages list.

Creating a invalid link on a page like [Test$%] will be rendered as invalid on the page but still appears in the undefined pages list.

When you then try to create this page using the link on the undefined pages list, you won't be able to do so since the page name is invalid and not editable.
