When trying to change the page hierarchy using Internet Explorer 10.0.9200.16721 Update Version 10.0.10 (KB2879017) the page can be moved, but it won't be inserted at the correct hierarchy level. When dropping the issue it just stays at the dropped place without being integrated into the hierarchy.
Using Firefox 24 everything works OK
