      The problem

      While editing a page you have the option to not send notifications, this can be done by unmarking the option "Notify Watchers"

      However this sentence may cause confusion as no one will receive notifications, not only the watchers. For example, if you mention someone that is not watching the page, this person won't receive notification either.

      Suggestion

      We should change the text "Notify Watcher" to just "Send Notifications", or some other text that helps to explain that no notifications will be sent at all.
