Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Confluence
2. edit an existing page and add a link of an existing confluence page
3. Save the page
4. check email for the notification
5. click the link in the email

current result: links only goes to dashboard of confluence as long as the link of the page is in existing confluence instance

expected result: the links in the body of the page in the email should link to the approriate page within confluence
