1. Create a Space
2. While on the space's top page, click on the "Create" button
3. Select the "Meeting notes" blueprint
4. Add action items to the meeting notes
5. Save the meeting notes
6. Note that a meeting note is created in the space's top level and that a "Meeting notes" index is also automatically created
7. Note that the action items are listed in the "Meeting notes" index page under "Incomplete tasks from meetings"
8. Go to "Space Tools" -> "Content Tools"" -> "Reorder Pages"
9. Move the manually created meeting notes from the top level location to a location under the "Meeting notes" index page
10. The bug nr.1: Note that action items in the "Incomplete tasks from meetings" list now are duplicated
11. The bug nr.2: Note that it is impossible to remove the duplicate actions in the "Incomplete tasks from meetings" list. Error Message: "Ooops! Your task change couldn't be saved. There could be a few reasons for this"

This essentially renders the "Meeting Notes Index" blueprint useless...
