Linking to an anchor on the same page but in a different card (deck->card) doesn't work on Confluence

      Linking to an anchor macro doesn't work if the anchor is nested within a card. The expected behavior (as provided in Confluence 5.1 documentation) is for anchors to be accessible via #anchorname if the link and the anchor are on the same page.
