We are a large corporation currently in the process of rolling out a complete Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Stash) within the next 4 weeks.

Unfortunately in Confluence, we cannot use the "Create Page" Button, as we get the following issue (regardless of when this is done or by whom):

"Your session has expired. Please reload the page to try again." (see screenshot)

We have somehow picked up that this happens because our usernames contain a "\". This is something we cannot change.

(there is a workaround of creating a page by editing the current page and referencing via WIKI code a new page, which can then be clicked after save).

Unfortunately we cannot accept this limitation, especially due to the psychological effects of introducing a new toolchain within a large team.

Please let us know if this is a support issue rather than a bug report, this is urgent!
