Using the code macro produces unwanted page breaks in PDF exports

XMLWordPrintable

This a duplication of this previous bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-19334. This was closed due to lack of votes and time it was open.

      It's still occurring in 5.5.2.

When exporting to .pdf, Confluence attempts to keep text in a code macro on the same page.

When the code will fit on the remainder of the page, all is well.

However once code is too large to fit on a full page then unwanted page throws are added leaving a space before the last 3 lines which are on a new page.

      Please see attached files.

Please note that the panel macro has similar difficulties when it exactly fills a page see Test_Panel.pdf attachment
