CamelCase interferes with page template variables

      Confluence 1.4.1 standalone, MS Sql Server, JDK 1.5 Update 3 on Windows 2003

      • Enable CamelCase
      • Create a template with a variable named in CamelCase or all UPPERCASE
      • observe that the preview page as well as the "fill in variables" page when creating a new page from a template render the variable in question with invalid HTML
      • If you fill in text in the textbox and submit, the variable is not substituted.
