Turning the 'someone likes your page' notifications off can't be applied in Confluence.

Steps to replicate

1. Login with User A
2. Navigate to the following URL <baseUrl>/plugins/likes/view-notifications.action
3. Uncheck the 'When someone likes my content' in the notification preference screen
4. Create page 'User A Page'
5. Login with User B
6. Like the newly created page 'User A Page'
7. Login with User A
8. The Likes notification are still shown
