Not much information to go on at the moment. A few OD users have now raised issues around certain basic macro's not working in OnDemand. The most common way in which this problem manifests itself is that the panel macro no longer renders and users are unable to create new panels.

Restarting the OD instance seems to resolve this issue however, we should look into the underlying cause of this problem.
