When a blog post is moved to a Space in confluence which integrates with Hipchat the plugin does not pick up and broadcasts the move.

Example
Person A creates a blog post in the CONF space on EAC
The post is broadcasted to the Hipchat room

Person B create a blog post on his personal space on EAC
Then moves the post to CONF
The post is NOT broadcasted to the Hipchat room.
