Error "Failure when converting editor format to storage format" when pasted content contains time datetime where date is appended by time, as found when copying blog posts.

This is one of several hard-to-pinpoint failures to handle codes correctly when converting (saving Confluence pages). I'll post them as I track them down.

This current issue breaks the use case of copying content from blogs. Copying content to the clipboard and then pasting into Confluence causes this failure when the source is an HTML document which contains Time Datetime where both date and time are specified. Just date saves fine.
