Confluence: Duplicates in the People Directory

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps: Login, Click on People Link
      Behavior: See duplicate names (4) under All People for the same user

      I believe the fix is to re-index in administration under content management but I am unable to access this page.
