Dynamic Tasklist - Tasklist Data not Showing after Upgrade

      Upgraded Confluence from 3.5 to 5.4.1. Afterwards, upgraded the macro and enabled it.

      Data is no longer showing in our tasklists. We only get a blank tasklist table.
