Deleting a group from LDAP breaks space permissions

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create LDAP directory with group and sync directory to Confluence
      2. Add group to space permissions of any space
      3. Delete group from LDAP and re-sync directory
      4. Access <confluence_baseURL>/spaces/viewspacesummary.action?key=<spacekey>

      Expected Results:
      The group should be deleted from the permissions of the space.

      Actual Results:
      A stack trace is thrown on the page:

      Notes:
      This seems to be occurring because the rows relevant to the group are not removed from the spacepermissions table when the group is deleted:
