I have a problem with importing Microsoft Word documents when using Ad Hoc Workflows plugin.

Steps to reproduce:
Install Ad hoc Workflows plugin v. 4.3.6 and apply license for it
Apply workflow for the project (Select project/Space tools/workflows/Simple approval workflow/Press button with hint Make this workflow active for all pages in this space and select "copy" option)
Upload the document for the first time (Tools/Import Word Document)

• Choose the document (download Confluence Import 2.docx from attachments)
• Choose options:
• Confluence Import - leave default value
• Where to import - Import as a new page in the current space
• Title conflicts - Replace existing pages with imported pages of the same title
• Split by heading - Level 5 Headings

Upload the document again with the same parameters

There are some problems:
1. Stacktrace is shown for user (You can see it in stacktrace.txt from attachments)
2. PageUpdateEvents with null originalPages are generated (You can see it in stacktrace2.txt from attachments)
