      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      There are methods on the json-rpc that allows an Atlassian Connect add-on to check if a user is a space admin (if the add-on has a space key). There is no equivalent for determining if a user is an administrator.
