Escaped square brackets show up in Undefined Pages Report

      This is the same problem as described in CONF-3113 and it is still present in 1.4 release.

      To be more specific, I am having problems with this kind of markup

      sample
      \[8.2 only\]

{code}
[Settings]
{code}

      The problem is, both "8.2 only" and "Settings" are reported as undefined pages. For your convenience, I've created this http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/odkB sample page on the Confluence demo site.

      PS: I've cloned CONF-3113 as I was trying to reopen it. Sorry about that.
