Confluence footer disappears when you have a custom theme

    Description

      The fix for bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27428 (the bug was in 4.3.3 and was fixed in 4.3.6) is no longer in 5.4.4

      The attached theme plugins illustrate (a work-in-progress as we try to upgrade from 4.3.6 to 5.4.4).
      But the only difference between the .jar's is the presence of the work-around for CONF-27428 in atlassian-plugin.xml

      Though this demonstrates a worrying lack of source and product control, the good-ish news is that the CONF-27428 work-around still cures the problem.
