How to Reproduce
- Create a Global Template. Confirm preview works.
- Create another group to have the same Global Permissions as confluence-administrators. Ensure the permissions are exactly the same.
- Add your admin user to this group and remove access from confluence-administrators.
- Try to preview the template. Preview spins indefinitely.
- Add user back to group confluence-administrators, no need to edit Global Permissions. Confirm preview works again.
Happens in Firefox and in not Chrome (didn't test with Edge/Safari/etc.)
