SectionMacro very slow rendering

      This page on CAC takes in excess of 20 seconds to render:

      https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONF30/Confluence+User+Guide

      I analysed some thread dumps for this request and it's naming SectionMacro as the culprit. Looks like it's doing some crazy regex or something.
