pagetree macro throws NPE when viewing old version of page

      This bug was introduced in 4.0

      • Create page containing {page tree} macro
      • Update the page
      • Go to page history, select viewing the first version
      • A NPE is thrown (shown on the screen, but nothing gets logged in the server)
