      Navigating in a table is causing a scroll flickering in the page, if using page layouts and IE (reproduced in IE 9, 10 and 11)

            We fixed what we understood was the worst case: flickering while navigating into table cells.
            We didn't address the flickering due to triggering property panel (it needs a different approach for its resolution), for which I just created a new issue:
