In some places the breadcrumbs are shown as a numbered list, or as a list without numbers.
I can see it for example

• when creating a new blank page
• when creating a new page from certain blueprints
• in Preview mode
• when viewing certain pages

Though, the behavior doesn't appear to be consistent. (I don't know what makes the difference)
