Special characters and html don't render properly in Jira Issue Macro.

    Description

      Special characters aren't rendered in the JIRA issue macro correctly. Below is an example how the description field is rendered. We're running "JIRA Macros" 5.4.3.

      Content displays this way in JIRA:

      With the undeniable proliferation of mobile devices it seems fairly elementary that we should be offering a cloud-based mobility solution that spans iPhone, iPad, Android, and Android Tablet in addition to traditional Windows and Mac PCs. We had a working prototype in the Greenville lab, but it sounds like the project will not be funded in 2014. If not, why and when?
