Editor: Make Distraction-free mode the default

      I like to suggest to make the "distraction-free" mode of the editor the default when entering the editor.
      The main reason for this suggestion is, that it will remove the navigation links at the top. If the user hits any of these, he would leave the editor which in most cases doesn't make sense and may cause him to lose his work.

      Though, at the same time I like to request that the "distraction-free" mode DOES show the bottom frame (the one which holds the save and cancel buttons)
