Revert back the layout presentation of the new Attachment Macro

      From the previous Attachment macro (in Confluence 5.0), user can easily access the menu/options on the right side of the attachments:

      In the latest Confluence version (with the latest Attachment macro), this has changed where the menu/options are located at the bottom of the attachment. If there is a long list of attachment versions, user had to scroll down to the bottom to access the menu/options which would be inconvenient:

      If not, we should provide options to avoid Confluence displaying all versions of an edited files when it is expanded.
