Spaces in Attachment Filenames are Incorrectly Encoded in the Livesearch Macro

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attach a file with the title "test test.txt" to a page
2. Insert a Livesearch macro, and then search for your attachment
3. Click on the attachment in the results dropdown

Expected Results:
The browser should open a download popup

Actual Results:

The URL is:
