Share page with german umlaut in title doesn't work with groups

when sharing a page that contains a german umlaut character in the title with a confluence group no mails will go out. you can still share the page with individual users oder email-adresses, but unless the title is renamed and cleared of Umlauts sharing with groups will not send out any mails.
