Navigation bar(header) went in to attachment macro when click on expand

      Here is a step to reproduce the issue:

      1. Install a new Confluence instance 5.1.5
      2. Create a new space and with a new page with attachment macro
      3. Attach a any file in the attachment macro
      4. Save it and click on the show detail so expend the attachment
      Workaround:

      Update the attachment plugin to the version 3.6.7 or later:
      https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/confluence.extra.attachments
